Bookings open from 1 January 2026 to 31 January 2027 for sittings during 14–22 February 2026 (CNY 2026 festival window).订位时段为 2026 年 1 月 1 日至 2027 年 1 月 31 日；用餐期为 2026 年 2 月 14 日至 22 日（农历新年节庆期间）。
What is the cancellation policy? 取消政策？
Free cancellation 48 hours or more before your sitting. Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit 50% of the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.用餐前 48 小时以上免费取消；48 小时内取消扣 50% 订金；缺席则订金全数没收。
Is a deposit required at booking? 是否需要预付订金？
Yes — 50% deposit is required at booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is settled at the venue.是。预订时需支付 50% 订金以确认订位，余款于到店时结清。
Are vegetarian options available? 是否提供素食选项？

Is Ji Xing halal certified? 吉星饭厅是否清真认证？
Ji Xing is non-halal. Pork dishes (char siu, suckling pig) feature in several courses. We offer a "No-Pork" option on every set — char siu is replaced with honey-glazed chicken, and the suckling pig in 10-pax Set B is replaced with crispy roast duck.本店非清真认证，部分菜式含猪肉（叉烧、乳猪）。每款套餐均提供"无猪肉"选项：叉烧改为蜜汁烤鸡，十人套 B 的乳猪改为脆皮烧鸭。

Set A is our value tier — classic Cantonese banquet courses (sea bass, crispy duck, fried rice). Set B is the premium tier — abalone yee sang, soon hock or tiger garoupa, sea cucumber, fish maw, and bird's nest dessert. We hold tables for 30 minutes past the sitting start time. If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. After 30 minutes, the table may be released to walk-ins, and the deposit is forfeited.本店为已订座者保留座位 30 分钟。如有延误请尽早来电。逾 30 分钟未到，座位将释放给散客，订金不予退还。
Can I reschedule to a different sitting? 可以更改时段吗？
