No. You tell us how your business runs. We handle all technical work. After handover, day-to-day use requires no coding knowledge.

Yes. Every solution has a live demo you can try right now. Links are on each solution page. What you see is the actual deployed app that your version would be based on.

Possibly. Get in touch and describe what you need. If it's adjacent to what we already build, we'll scope it. If it's too far outside our focus, we'll say so honestly.

Three things — LLM API fees (the cost of using Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or whichever AI model you choose), cloud hosting fees, and domain registration. These are operational costs billed directly to you by the respective providers. We help you set them up during onboarding, but you own and pay for them going forward.

Because we don't want to be the middleman for your infrastructure. You should own your system outright — not rent it through us. If we included those costs, you'd be dependent on us continuing to pay your bills. This way, you control everything.

Invoice via bank transfer or DuitNow. 50% deposit before work begins. 50% balance on handover. Invoiced in MYR.

We scope the work clearly before we start and share progress checkpoints throughout. If something doesn't match the agreed scope, we fix it. We don't offer refunds on completed work, but we don't consider a project done until you've signed off on handover.

Your choice entirely. We build the system to work with any major LLM provider — Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI, or others. We do not recommend or favour any specific provider. You pick based on your budget and preference.

Your API key is yours entirely. When we set up your system, the key is stored in your own hosting environment — on your server, your cloud account, your .env file. Pau AI does not store, access, or retain your API key at any point, including during development and testing. All requests from your system go directly to your chosen LLM provider (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.). We are never in the data path. If you ever want to revoke or rotate your key, you do it directly with your provider — no action required from us.

On your own cloud account — Google Cloud, AWS, Vercel, or wherever you prefer. We assist with the initial setup. You own the infrastructure account and pay the hosting provider directly.

The system depends on the LLM API being available. If your chosen provider has downtime, the AI features will be unavailable until they restore service. We build with standard API patterns so switching providers, if needed, is manageable.

You receive a setup guide and a live walkthrough session. If you need ongoing support, we offer a monthly maintenance retainer at RM300/month covering bug fixes and minor updates.
